Students in VIN 11100: Introduction to Viticulture and Vineyard Establishment are asked to shadow their vineyard facilitator, discuss with the facilitator what is taking place in each step, and practice skills.  It is anticipated that it will take the student approximately 16 hours to fully accomplish all skills practice and observations.  This time can be completed in a variety of smaller time segments and is the responsibility of the student and his/her facilitator to arrange times that are mutually agreeable.
